Commission Rate

The commission rate is the share of a sale a program pays you — a percentage (say 5%) or a flat bounty. It's set by the merchant or network and often varies by category.

Why it matters for your earnings

A high rate feels great but doesn't guarantee high earnings: 50% on a product nobody buys earns less than 3% on one that converts. Rate is one input to EPC, not a substitute for it.
