Scrub Rate

Scrub rate is the percentage of tracked commissions a network or merchant removes before payout — for returns, fraud, policy breaches, or deliberate scrubbing. It sits between gross and net earnings.

Why it matters for your earnings

A program advertising a high rate but quietly scrubbing heavily can pay less than a lower-rate, clean one. Your real earnings are after the scrub, so judge programs on net.
