Cookie Window (Cookie Duration)
The cookie window is the period after someone clicks your affiliate link during which a resulting purchase is still credited to you. It ranges from hours to months by program.
Why it matters for your earnings
A longer window credits you for sales that happen days later, so two programs with the same commission can pay very differently — Amazon's short 24-hour window (plus items added to cart) is a classic example.
